ExorCism!!!

Im watching an exorcism performed by a hmar pastor on the local channel. Its sort of terrifying. I can only view the action from time to time for my fragile, sensitive but stubborn heart cannot bear to see an equally fragile and delicate child being manhandled, whatever the case may be.So, im writing this blog as a distraction The supposed victim of the devil is a boy of about 10 whose baffled eyes denote his lack of comprehension of the entire event. I sincerely sympathize with the boy though i definitely abhor the evil spirit in him, if its in there. The boy had become muted when one year ago, a whirlwind caught him, lifted him up about "the vertical length of a house" and he landed with three little devils inside him. He has stopped talking from that moment. This particular pastor is now earnestly praying for the boy's health and safety. He seems sincere and im sure, as a man of God, he has no violent intentions other than to exorcise the evil spirits in him. The boy is crying and is obviously scared as the pastor vehemently shouts at him aka the devils. Now a miracle is happening....
the pastor applies some oil on the boy's neck and his mouth is slowly moving. He is encouraged as he struggles just to utter the word "pa". Then comes "NU", "Halleluiah", "pathian" etc. etc. What profound happiness for the witnesses and the boy! Seems like he is cured. Well thats the end of the programme, for me atleast..there's a 22 yr-old gal to be treated next but my heart cant take it anymore,so, im drawing it towards this post.
      What ive just witnessed left me wondering why the devil troubles certain people and leave out some. What does he want with a young boy? What is his criteria when he chooses? Does he choose in random or pick in specific order? I assume his choice is random being the devil that he is and i can only gape in horror as the hellmaster makes his rounds. I only pray i dont come across him, or maybe he's in me already, not in the scaly-horned darklord shape, but in the form of pride, greed and certain other sins. Tell me, do you believe in possession and exorcism? Im sure a lot of speculations and skepticism can revolve around these. Me, i would really like to be called rational but sometimes, its my very un-spirituality that makes me fear the unknown, fear the dark and fear ghosts. And i pray vehemently whenever im in a crisis and i fast whenever my exam results are nearing declaration...well, thats an exaggeration, but i do pray harder and more frequently. After the deed is done. Yep, thats me, belated sincerity.
